I first heard of ARNI when DR Tom emailed me notifying me of the forthcoming Instructors course. I was instantly interested in seeing what they were doing and how ARNI was helping these people who are often neglected and left to fend for themselves all too often.

I attended the course learnt some great stuff, met some some great people and had a great time. I have since been back to Acton to shadow a session with Dr Balchin. I've been Personal Training for over a decade and would urge any Trainers with a conscience to try to at the very least attend an ARNI session with a view to helping people in the future.
